Taproots Farm Hub offers a Farmer Training Program at our location in the Dry Creek Valley.

Our Beginning Farmer Training Program provides hands-on practice in all aspects of vegetable and cut flower training and production including:

• organic soil preparation methods,

• crop planting spacing best practices, 

• market development,

• harvest timing and best practices,

• organic weed pest management,

• food safety,

• distribution,

• lease agreements,

• business planning,

• farm business accounting,

• & marketing.

Instruction provided by current Treasure Valley farmers experienced in farming organically.
