This panel discussion will focus on Collaborative Agriculture and organic farming in the Treasure Valley. Panelists will include Diane Jones of Draggin' Wing Farm, Joe Redden of Black Fox Farm, and Dan Meyer of Dry Creek Ranch Neighborhood Farm. Information on organic certification will be discussed during this panel.

At the Ada Soil & Water Conservation District's Harvest and Hearth
A collaborative workshop hosted by Taproots Farm Hub to bring together producers in the Treasure Valley.
Special guest Katherine Myrvold, Education Manager at Viva Farms in Washington State, will give a presentation about their well-established Incubator Program.
A local innovators panel will be moderated by Wilder Jones of Kings Crown Organic Farm with panelists David Anderson (American Farmland Trust), Britt Udesen (City of Good), Brad McIntyre (McIntyre Family Farms), and Casey O'Leary (Taproots Farm Hub).
Lunch from Roots of Mexico will be served while we converse about what is possible in the Treasure Valley!
This workshop will cover access to organic farmland for producers from a farm incubator perspective and will include information about certifying organic.
